We can end it for all time

— Bennett's Phylactery @extradeadjcb

FINALLY

— 🥷🦅Austin Wade Petersen 🇺🇲🥋 @AP4Liberty

LPNH chair @jeremykauffman has declared his candidacy for chair of the Libertarian Party. His platform is to dissolve the national Libertarian Party.

— Libertarian Party NH 🦔 @LPNH

Endorsed

— Joshua Lisec, The Ghostwriter @JoshuaLisec

🤣🤣🤣So true!!!

— Dr. Steve Turley @DrTurleyTalks

all the party dorks would have to actually pay attention to the world around them and their local governments and not just argue purism online. Good call

— Forest Mommy🌲🗡💪🏹🌲🌲 @ForestMommy

Should the LP dissolve I recommend joining the Republican Liberty Caucus.

— John Dennis @RealJohnDennis

Jeremy you are the best libertarian

— bumbadum @bumbadum14

I love this thread. 🤣 As a lover of liberty, I support Jeremy 100%. The Free State Project is interesting, but NH has snow…….

— Stacey @ScotsFyre

My hope is for a principled Libertarian party that is based in a belief in personal responsibility. What frustrates me about a lot of Libertarian groups is that they often seem more focused on tearing down laws than on cultivating self-control and personal responsibility. Political values surveys usually place me strongly in the libertarian category, but I think that’s because I believe deeply in individual responsibility, accountability, and restraint — not because I think every law or social structure should simply be eliminated. To me, freedom without self-regulation eventually becomes chaos, not liberty.

— Dr. Carl Hindy @DrCarlHindy

Endorsed.

— Communism Kills @Communism_Kills

The image I have of the Libertarian Party was that video of some conference and Gary Johnson said “Maybe some form of licensure for driving is a good idea” and everyone in the room lost their minds and some other dude was like “WHAT’S NEXT, LICENSES FOR TOASTERS” hahahaha

— Jon 🔬 @JonnyMicro

Jeremy Kauffman has my complete & total endorsement. He will not let you down! Thank you for your attention to this matter! 🇺🇸💥

— 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝘼𝙜𝙚 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 🇺🇸 @GoldenAgeTimes2

Why are New Hampshire libertarian the only sane libertarians?

— Dan Gainor @dangainor

The Libertarian Party did the worst possible thing: It embraced losing as a badge of honor. Drive a stake in its heart.

— Dr. Insensitive Jerk @DrInsensitive

lol I’m down!! 😆

— 🥀 🖤𝔏𝔦𝔟𝔢𝔯𝔱𝔞𝔯𝔦𝔞𝔫 𝔊𝔬𝔱𝔥🖤🥀 @LibertarianG0th

Do it

— Jeremy Frankel @FrankelJeremy

Would be a great service to America. Thank you.

— Michael Guimarin @MichaelGuimarin

I will re-register as a Libertarian again to vote for you to put it out of its misery.

— SuperTrucker 🚛💨→💻 @supertrucker

We should get together a large group of people who are not Libertarians like a "caravan" or something and march it into the Libertarian Party to claim membership so we can vote for Jeremy to dissolve it

— The Watcher On The Web @WatcherontheWeb

Finally! A worthy libertarian I can support wholeheartedly! 😂😂😂

— Grateful Calvin @shoveitjack

There was a time in my life where I considered myself libertarian and everything I knew came from Reason and r/Libertarian.

— Captain Ⓐncapistan @CptAncapistan

This I can get behind.

— GAgirl1967 is ready for summer! @SavvyTamz_57

I cannot help but think what an amazing & strong caucus a REAL liberty caucus could be within the GOP if the energy put into the sideshow were redirected 🤔

— Quest Fanning @QuestFanning

I endorse @jeremykauffman for the Chair of the Libertarian party!

— NavyVet @NavyVet

This is the logical next step from the most famous man who is I) completely based II) has a coherent strategic vision, a good understanding of how power works, and a plan to actually implement it successfully, and III) calls himself a Libertarian. I almost said "the only man".

— Shylock Holmes @shylockh

You have to become a post-libertarian to understand this.

— Kasey @digitalspaz

The continued existence of the Libertarian party serves to create a false hope in the electoral process and the state more generally. We’re not voting our way out of this.

— Voluntaryist Minister @GodIsVoluntary

🫡 You have my vote!

— FantasyGolfInsider @FantasyGolfers

I support Jeremy in this critical attempt at sanity.

— Unclean @CoyoteUnclean

You’ve got my vote

— John A. Douglas @J0hnADouglas

Excellent platform!

— John Pentony @pentony

As the benevolent dictator of libertarianism: I endorse this idea and candidate. Down with the LP!

— King James 👑 @KingLibertarian

How do I join so I can vote for you?

— Chris Maidment @ChrisMaidmentNH

Slogan: Become Ungoverning

— Brandon @BranBTC

I understand and even agree with the sentiment, but in practice all that would happen is the same thing that would happen if the LNC disaffiliated NH: The’ll just remake it. And it’ll probly be the lamest ones that do. I tried to privatize it as much as such a thing could be but it requires sustained effort and a lot of people lost the will for that through the 2024 pres cycle.

— Michael Heise @MisesChair

I endorse

— Brian Peotter @Brian_Peotter

The Libertarian Party is a farce and an impediment to actually implementing libertarian positions. Do it. Take it off life support and burn the corpse while @punch_sideiron sings a moving funeral dirge. Then we can all get on with saving the country before the Commies ruin it.

— Thales of Florida @FloridaThales

Whether the national Libertarian Party really be one thing or another, this much is certain: that it has either authorized such a government, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist! - Dennis Pratt and Lysander Spooner

— Dennis Pratt @DennisPrattFree

I believe in Jeremy Kauffman.

— Ben Warren @BenInfoWarren

I support this message!

— Kevin Robinson @kwrob24

Endorsed!

— John William Sherrod @jwsherrod

How about the "The Put a Fork in it" campaign? It's done past time."

— Rick Johnson @Cookie_BigRick

The @LPEmoCaucus Chair endorsement just dropped. 👀 If elected, @jeremykauffman will lead to the most crying and wrist cutting... and it's not even close. Live Free or Cry!

— Ben Weir @Weir4Liberty

You have my vote!

— TryAndTakeIt @TryandTakeIt

Brilliant

— Titus Techera @titusfilm

If the Libertarian Party is dissolved, I won’t have anyone to spite-vote for.

— Louis T. Getterman IV — e/acc @ltgiv

Here is your arg cc @MorlockP 1. Liberty is America comes exclusively from States Rights. The more sovereignty that states have, the more each state can create its own space. Even weird HOA hobby farm freedom. 2. The more state compete, the more leveage Talented men have versus Brahmin and Capital. See pinned tweet. 3. The more state compete, the more clearly Americans see what works and what doesnt. 4. America already has a States Rights party. Libertairans vote Republican for Federal office to get power sent back to states. Then, they full the statehouse with Libertarian Republicans.

— Morgan Warstler @morganwarstler

Yep

— Utah's Libertarians!🗽 @libertarianutah

That sounds like the best, most honest thing I have heard come out of the LP in a long time.

— Intrepid News @IntrepidNewsUS

There is not enough popcorn to watch the Libertarian Party conflagration. So stock up on cupcakes.

— Aggie The Barbabe @AggieTheBarkeep

The hero we need.

— Mark Gustav @MarcusGustavus

This could be a winning strategy

— James Wiley for Secretary of State @redflameliberty

As long as you dissolve the CATO Institute too!

— Cats without Borders @russ62960450

This is the first thing I've ever heard that would make me vote for a Libertarian. 👏

— Safing Sector @Gplavallee72

I lean libertarian. But Libertarians are horrible.

— HEADLINES Etc. *Stop The Cultural Decline* @HEADLINES_Etc

The Free State Project proved more for liberty in one small state than the national LP has in decades. If you won’t move, organize, or sacrifice personally for freedom, the least you can do is support someone who will. Jeremy Kauffman for LP Chair.

— Latina Libertarian @LibertyMe15

If you will need money to do this, what is the best way to contribute?

— Sam Davis’ Shoe of Doom @JustinOpinion10

The free market has spoken libertarians. Don’t cling to your traditions. Follow the invisible hand.

— Jared @Jar3d__

I fully endorse Jeremy Kauffman’s candidacy for LP chair so that he can end the LP for good

— Mrs. ₿onnie Freeman @FTL_Bonnie

As an independent I am closer aligned politically to libertarianism than anything else. And yet the Libertarian Party holds no interest for me for many of the reasons that Jeremy here is aware of. Thus as useless as it is, he has my full endorsement.

— Robb Allen @ItsRobbAllen

Then maybe certain people shouldn’t be suing affiliates for stupid reasons, again and again. Or calling for disaffiliation And by certain people, I *specifically* mean CAH. Her petty antics and grandstanding are exactly why I left LPCO and refuse to support the LP as a whole.

— Sarah @slayorvizion

the libertarian party is responsible for much of todays social ills. particulary homeless people on the streets high on drugs, because their idea of liberty is what this is all about. it allows for all kinds of evil in public

— tony bigcharles @sevencard2003

Im arguing that even if every American could write a dissertation on the difference between the two, they would still choose the GOP. Its not a marketing problem. Unfortunately it's an ideological one.

— Small Gov Lizard @smallgovlizard

Right

— Zvalat @Zvalat1776

Everything ive seen from you has been solid so far

— Michael Khieu @kingkhieu

This was always the fate of the libertarian party

— Matt 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 @matthew_9002

Completely support this endeavor despite voting straight LP age 18 until 2016. Ron Paul saw it, just like you do

— Joshua Robinson @JRobFreedom

The Libertarian party has never been for Libertarians, or (l)ibertarians for that matter. They have literally existed solely to be spoilers at election time. I very much support someone moving the Libertarian party into the scrap heap of history.

— ✡️ 🇺🇸 it's the Hebrew Hammer 🇺🇸 ✡️ @ehazzard

This is the most Libertarian thing I’ve ever heard!

— colovion @Colovion

A lot of the libertarians who criticize @LPNH on the grounds that "political parties exist to get candidates elected" are suddenly very defensive of a political party that has never in 50 years won an election.

— White Mountain Supremacist @FreeRangeWhites

There is no more insufferable twat on the planet than today's Libertarian.

— Boneless Fries 🇺🇸 🤘 🧠 @CKnobb

This is exactly the kind of dangerous information that requires wise leaders like Kerry and Marcon to call for a limit on free speech. God bless the LP for fighting so hard to preserve Liberty.

— Derek 🌲🗽 @DerekDocuments

I support you

— Dr. Vinny Boombatz MD @VinnyBoombatzMD

I hate to break it to you, but the libertarian party is only wasting the time, energy and money of people who would otherwise waste it on being potheads. It’s nowhere near the consciousness of the whole American people

— Patrick, Mayor of Wyrdwode @wyrdwode

I fully endorse Jeremy Kauffman for the position of LP chair. The LP needs to be dissolved. A 3rd party in America needs to have people who want to actually win something, not cosplayers. Vote Jeremy Kauffman.

— Mike, Unusual 🌺✨🗡️ @T0daysTomSawyer

I’d like to make an endorsement…..

— John Odermatt @JohnOdermatt

I believe this is a conversation that needs to be had. I expect it will spark vigorous debate, and a lot of hair pulling and beard yanking. Let's go!

— Curt Howland 🏴󠁣󠁮󠀵󠀴󠁿 @ImpossibleBob

For his next trick, Jeremy tests the "pro-capitalist" claim of the Libertarian Party by raising enough money to *buy* it.

— The Petrichory @The_Petrichory

I support your platform.

— B30 @B30_603

The LP left me long ago... I don't see it recovering...

— WeThePeople @people_wee

You have my vote!

— The Cunning Linguist @TafkaTrap

You've got my vote.

— JMac @stealthlogic

It’s useless. I ran in 2010. The LP was no help whatsoever, had nothing in place to help candidates. It’s fucking amateur night. 100%.

— The Toon Libertarian @ToonLibertarian

Finally, a serious Libertarian candidate

— Beemaxxer @GPT_Neanderthal

Libertarianism can never succeed because its entire basis is not being grounded in anything virtuous. This is why Conservatarianism should replace it.

— Oh Hi Mark @ColoradosMark

I consider myself a libertarian more than any other political bend and I’d support this

— Combat Sleeping @CombatSleeping

The greatest libertarian candidate EVER!

— Salty! @SaltyDraws

endorsed.

— sneakn @sneaknsneak

“The best party is no party.” —Elon, or maybe Lincoln

— S Rodger Bock 🌍 @SRodgerBock

As a Republican and former Libertarian, I endorse Jeremy Kauffman's mission to dissolve the Libertarian Party.

— Tech Bushcraft @thehiredmind

I like the idea of infiltrating the big parties with good people. So yeah, I support this.

— Mariajose @MariajoseHdlg

I'm listening...

— Jonathan Sabin @jonathanwsabin

I’m paraphrasing some here, but the problem with libertarianism is all the libertarians.

— Senator John Connor @JohnConnor_US

BASED

— somaspecialist @SomaMAGA

They blew a massive opportunity the past election what a bunch of closet leftist idiots

— Tha Duece @jsnjarrell76

Please do. It would be such a win for American politics.

— John Sheppard ✝️🦬🇺🇸 @RogueCenturion

As a Republican pretending to be an Anarchist who is pretending to be a Libertarian, I wholeheartedly endorse @jeremykauffman

— Tiberius Monk @Tiberius444

Will you bring @ComicDaveSmith with you to make fun of the LP? Make Libertarians Laugh Again!

— Hector Roos | Be Human @RoosforFlorida

I'd vote for you

— The Goblin King @TheRealGoblinK2

I support this platform.

— ironwillforge4 🇺🇸 🏴‍☠️ @ironwillforge4

Growing? Growing was with Gary Johnson, since then the LP has gone backwards. Chase Oliver put the nail in the coffin. The LP as a legitimate political party is dead. It's better off as a lobbyist group or PAC, at least then it could actually affect change and back candidates that fit the philosophy.

— Fettpett @fettpet

Do it! The Libertarian party would actually be recognized as something with common sense.

— xX_Dr. Infini-✝️ℹ️💲Ⓜ️_Xx @xXSupaFryeXx

Libertarianism is much like feminism...it's a luxury belief system in a time of abundance. Now is not that time.

— MAGA Ultra Magnus @NarrativeFilter

Can’t “nurture” something which is basically already dead

— Ryans Dad @ryans_dad

VOTE FOR JEREMY!

— Sarah Zee @MrsSarahZee

This is the most rational thing I've ever heard to be a libertarian position

— Donald Morgan Jr. @donaldmorganjr

Well it's not like they can keep you out, borders violate the NAP or something.

— I will not eat zee bugz @BFrankzetta

Libertarians do not advance liberty. I endorse a focus on the parties that matter. Feel free to endorse my campaign also:

— Rep. Donald McFarlane @donald4nh

When libertarian party dissolves

— Ridgelinepath @ridgelinepath

Libertarian + Party is an oxymoron, but without any oxygen.

— KiloVoltaire @KiloVoltaire

They love the State, that’s why

— Philippe Lemieux @NeoRothbardian

I like the idea of the party, but it’s like reading Harry Potter and agreeing that quidditch is the best sport ever. Who cares? It’s not real.

— Libertarian Trucking LLC @PrintedRiffs

Jeremy over here like

— Jim Jesus @JimJesus

The LP should only operate as a PAC if it is to exist at all

— Duke Chastaine @DK_Chastaine

Same I donated over ten grand to Mises libertarians during covid Then they put forth an old Marxist and Dave completely shit the bed Jeremy and Austin are now the only libertarians I’ll give money to So they can destroy it It actually hurts the ability to gain more freedom

— The Individual @Tweet137188103

Finally! A Libertarian Party platform that has a chance of succeeding. I fully support this.

— Ron Stauffer @ronstauffer

I think it's a legit idea, you should dissolve the libertarian party as a distinct party, and organize within the Republican party as Hoppean libertarians with the primary issues of anti war and anti immigration

— TheWokeRight @RealWokeRight

Libertarians should instead do the same work as Turning Point USA instead of being a political party.

— Corey Hahn @Clh1992Hahn

Given the democratic process and the supporting party structures are a consequence of the state... This seems like the most libertarian thing ever.

— Ben Eng @jetpen

To alter or abolish. The most libertarian thing ever.

— Brent Sanders @Fallen_Punk

Build a good party and the Republicans and their cronies will collapse. All the voters and candidates you need are waiting for a vehicle, and you already have ballot access. See link in reply.

— James Anthony @jamesanthony_us

Don't stop there. Both Democrats and Republicans need to be flushed and all new people in.

— RageLB 🇺🇸 ✝️ @Rage_LB

Damnit, after a lifetime of proudly never being a member of the LP, there is now a legitimate enough reason to sign up and vote for this...

— "Brill" Holzrichter @b_holzrichter

An idea whose time has come🔌☠️

— The Sea Heathen @thedesperatedan

For liberty to survive, the Libertarian Party has to die. Kauffman for LP chair.

— NH_Ancap @NH_Ancap

😂😂😂 Please do.

— Isreal Perez @IsrealPerez8

Dude: major respect.

— PhillyGenX @PhillyGenx

Have you added anyone else to your slate for Secretary or Treasurer?

— Doug Knebel @DougKnebel

The worst libertarians you have ever met would all universally oppose this so I support this just to see them all going into meltdowns.

— John III Sobieski @JohnIVSobieski

Count me in.

— Sean Adams @Sean_Paul_Adams

Your only ad should be clips from LNC meetings. 🥇

— Dana Kowalski @danakowalski

The problem with the libertarian party is that it’s full of libertarians.

— Adam Hart @Hartlander_

If Jeremy Kauffman can enforce the basic party discipline of dissolving state parties that violate the national charter, the Libertarians will be the most disciplined political party in the Nation. No other party can manage this simple act necessary for a Governable Union.

— Cul. Xu Guangqi, Literatus @LegalistsOfGor

Do you have a slate? Do you need a VC? I fully support this endeavor

— Josh Hlavka @RealSwampJosh

I fully endorse @jeremykauffman for chair of @LPNational . Furthermore, if Jeremy does not win and https://t.co/IvUMQPKb3G disaffiliates @LPNH, I nominate him as chair of the new replacement NH state party. Lather. Rinse. Repeat as needed.

— Chris @Mopar

You’ve got my vote.

— John Wallace @johnwallz

But who will publish all of 93,000 page manifestos?

— Scott M @tscottme

New Mexico and he ran as a Republican.

— Saul Goodman 📟 @saulgoodman178

The libertarian party has never gotten more than 3.3% of the presidential vote.

— ya hood @notEvenBool

Fck yeah! 👍🏼

— Paul D @PaulD_DT

You mean vote for one of the parties that wins? Like normal people? But how will they feel morally superior to everyone else if they aren't voting for stuff that never happens?

— Not a cat @TommyApples80

The Libertarian Party has already died. The thing we see now is just the hollowed out skin, being worn as a farce. End the farce.

— BeardOfDan @BeardOfDan1

Very bullish - I went to a libertarian party state meetup in Maryland and it was anemic as fuck I expected WAY more Pathetic - ZERO chads

— Oinktoshi 🟥🟨🟦 $BITCOIN @WovenDissent

Thank you patriot.

— Russ in SoCal 🥃 @RussInSoCal

Most Libertarians would be one-shotted by reality if they could ever accept it.

— onebear @onebearactual

Patriot.

— Evan @MyOwnMartyr

It’s literally just a boomer social club

— russ daniels @russdaniels303

This is a platform I can endorse!

— Ben Peterson @jazzfan71

Let’s fucking gooooo dissolve that useless shit 🔥

— OG Deplorable @OG_Deplorable

In NJ but pretty excited at the prospect of the LP no longer being Democrat Lite (as it's morphed into the past 5 or 6 years). Our LP candidate here is a dyed in the wool progressive and frankly, its embarrassing.

— Barbara Santiago Mejias @BarbMejias

Count me in

— Anas "House Targaryen" Aftab @jones_k_erving

The libertarian moral sensibility is a constant 10% of any population weary of authority In a network, pre-programmed routine disruption makes proceses more robust The trouble with the libertarian party is that it neuters the disruptive duty of the 10%

— Christus Rex Americae ✝️🇺🇸 @preacher325194

Got my vote !! But then who do we laugh at?

— Bacontime @BacontimeBlog

Anything to kill off that stupid idea of a "liberty pledge." I distinctly remember it being against the by-laws to back other party candidates. But that doesn't stop some people... 🙄

— Freedom Factor🇺🇸 @FreedomFactor76

I might be time guys. The division has never been more clear between right & left libertarians. Time to fold back into our respective places in the duopoly & change these parties from within.

— Carl @StoicConsultant

Washington smiles down on this man

— LeitMotif @Gr4v1TyEXcell

Libertarian Party groupies at this point only need it alive to fuel their podcasts and grift.

— Mister Savage @incoherent_rage

where do I donate!?!?!?

— Paool @PaoolBz

LOL Not really a bad plan.

— DJ Richards @stumblebum54

Sounds good to me. Good luck

— Jason Hornbuckle @JasonHornbuckle

And RFK Jr is serving in a republican administration.

— Richard M. Castaldo @RichieCastaldo

Ironically this makes me want to rejoin. If I can help in any way please let me know. Ill gladly volunteer my time for this.

— Tony Mesta @1libertyboi

Complete and total endorsement. The Libertarian Party has been a very destructive force in keeping Democrats out of power. Democrats use them to keep more conservative candidates from winning and they are blissfully ignorant of it. Its time for it to go.

— Tron @TronVTron

The Libertarian Party never bought or supported my music, therefore I support its dismantling by Jeremy Kauffman. - Black Diamond of elitefitrea

This is the way. Vote Kauffman.

— p̷̱̊r̵̰̔̉ö̶̩ċ̵͉̤̕è̸̼̯s̴̰̪͠͝s̸͍̙̃1̶̆ͅ3̵̙͝ᚠᛉᛟ @process_13

I try to keep politics a small part of my life- a hobby, and not my *main* hobby. But I like everything I've seen of Jeremy, and afaict the Libertarian Party is The Goggles, and does nothing. So for whatever little it's worth, I hope this works out of him.

— Sawyer 🔍, ⏸️/⏹️, is using fewer disclaimers @CoughsOnWombats

I as internet rando extraordinare, endorse this development

— Manic Brainbow @BrainbowManic

I'd back that. Politics is about interests not ideology. The major parties leave dozens of 80/20 issues on the table, but the Libertarian and Green parties can't pick them up due to ideological purity.

— Marty Milligan @martyamilligan

Got my vote!

— EpsteinListDidNotHangItself @tinleyharrier

Patriot

— Greg @GregNotSure

I’m voting for this genius @LPNational

— Jikan 🇺🇸 @Jikanese

I’ld say they generally are, but they are reflexively contrarian, which leads them astray. If anyone is in power, they will be opposed by the LPN. It’s just ping-pongy weirdness.

— politicaldiscomfort @politicaloof

In terms of tangible impact, it spoiled the 2020 Georgia Senate race. Which only stood to hurt Libertarianism as a whole and sunk all goodwill it had with Mainstream Conservatives.

— Amarillo del Estados Unidos✝️141iq @GavuriruPilled

It’s probably not the same everywhere, but Libertatians would be just swallowed up and absorbed by the D/R machines. I DO agree that we should just cut all staff and spending, and so I support the foundation of the sentiment to abolish

— Kala F @chantdownbbylon

In New Hampshire having Libertarians run through the Republican party increased freedom, in the other 49 states they ran through the 'Libertarian' Party and increased only grifting.

— AnCapAlex @hoppean_ancap

As a center right registered republican glad that someone is actually doing something

— based Christian @5631ad4f859f429

Stealing votes from the Republican Party is an actual NAP violation at this point.

— N of 1 🦔🌲 @true_nof1

Gonna form your own "mostly Republican" party after that?

Gordian Politics. Love it.

— GonZoville @gonzoville

You have my vote.

— Jonathan Cab @shadowcrewtroll

Sheeet. I may have to re-register. Actually brilliant. Focus energies into national PACs (far more effective that the LP) and state LP parties where there can be some wins

— Freelance Human Being @FLHoomanBeing

Best plan ever

— Alabaster Slim @Psizzle71

Perhaps it would be better to reorganize the Libertarian Party as a PAC rather than as a party. If you guys focused on using funds to advance candidates that are more liberty-minded, it would probably be more effective than getting like 1 person in office as a state rep.

— Plastic Chair Disrespecter @PlasticChairDis

How very "libertarian" of them

— sparkyt.xlm @SparkyTXLM

I would push back a bit, because Without risk management, even good ideas fail.; I've decided to run for Chair matters more than it seems

— Fabrizio Toknup @Fabrizio_Toknup

Fully endorsed!

— Nick Cooper, Ph.D. @realNickCooper

They banned you? That's not very libertarian.

— Ben Wronged @IBenWronged

Oh you’re more based than I thought

— Ryan Reacts @ItsRyanReacts

I totally LOVE this. We libertarians should NEVER have left the Republican Party in the 1970s & tried our own party. Instead of heroically fighting within the GOP and being a major influence by now, we have spent 50 years self-sabotaging, enabling the "progressive" establishment.

— holyinstant @holyinstant777

Make your own Libertarian Party

— Patrick @FenAhsokenobi

lmfao, this has to be the most concise description of many people who pretend not to understand things I've heard.

— Akira Kanazawa @Akira__Kanazawa

— HollyBadger (Eff Islam) @TFarkenton

LFG!!!!

— alex zan der Horn 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇩🇪 @zanyzan311

I want the libertarian party reborn... pre-sarwarkian era....

— Samuel Ross @regjoeschmo

Jeremy Kauffman for Libertarian Party Chair.

— Robert Paulson @WasRobrtPaulson

This is awesome to hear dude. I wish you the best of luck. I wrote a piece recently about the losertarians. I identified you and Angela as the heroes of the story. https://t.co/znZrBNQo0l I'll be keeping an eye on your work. Best of luck.

— Clay | StopBeingPrey.com @StopBeingPrey

This is incredible news

— Solar Warden @RecoveredCraft

I endorse @jeremykauffman for chair of the Libertarian Party so he can splinter it into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.

— Austrolibertaria @AustroLibertari

I'd vote for that.

— Brandon Kalisz @BrandonKalisz

I endorse @jeremykauffman for chair of the libertarian party! 🟨 Cc: @_AVERYRULES

— Practical Conservative, Esq. @PracticalGOPesq

If you do so please ceremonially burn a fedora.

— franklin @franklin_w_dixn

Folks, take this opportunity to end the horrors of the Libertarian Party.

— SILAWZ @stucknLAwzmbies

Sounds like a good idea. The concept of a "Libertarian Party" is antithetical to the ideals libertarians supposedly stand for.

— Rachel Wells @raaaaachelwells

Where can I support this?

— Conservative Black Brilliance @lee68633_lee

The Libertarians are the wet, clammy handshake of politics..

— Brettzky 🇺🇸🇺🇲 @Longtabsigo

It would be less work for everyone, including you, to just let the LNC dissafiliate you (LPNH)

— Lana Leguía @LeguiaNJLiberty

Because infiltrating the Uni party is a better strategy

— Joseph McMurray @thepxprogrammer

This is true. The libertarian party exists in the heads of normies (insofar as they think about the libertarian party, granted) as 'republicans but without the evangelical stuff'. But that is simply not how the libertarian party actually conducts itself.

— Koookiiing🥳👍🏻🌞 @Koookiiing

End the boondoggle. Electorally it's useless or (much) worse, it's a source of bad publicity (yes there's such a thing), and I shudder to think how much more power would be in libertarian hands if rabid LP activists focused on other strategies, or perhaps just their own lives.

— David McMurray 🦔 @davidm603

Donated. End it.

— Hugh Nampshire @HughNampshire

The Libertarian Party signed their own death warrant when they ran Chase Oliver as their presidential candidate.

— JohnnyMojo @Cozy_Man_LoL

Good idea. Ayn Rand was right.

— Things Should Work @thingsshldwrk

Whenever I hear anything about the libertarian party this is all that comes to mind now, lol.

— Cats Don't Care About Your Felines @CatsDntCare

Based.

— Spike Freeman @spik3fr33man

Fuck you're going to make me rejoin

— Zach Kincaid @backyardanarchy

Please end that joke of an institution. We all want liberty. The libertarian party is Reddit made flesh for guys who like metal music and guns.

— Deseret Protector @ben_n_jerrys_94

That's a damn great slogan.

— David A. Juan @DavidAcostaJua1

I think we would definitely be better off if more libertarians ran as Republicans and libertarians voted for libertarian republicans.

— BBGunSean⚡️ @RememberPorkins

I don't trust the two unemployed men, the Žižek enjoyer, and the the part time dog walker from my local LP chapter to run my society. Vote Jeremy.

— Pete @FreeStatePete

PATRIOT 🫡

— Accordionly 🪗 @jeffaccordion

This was the obvious "Mises Caucus" mission from the beginning.

You are a serious American The LP has contributed to the reduced liberty for Americans

— Captive M (High IQ) - Spring Weather Enjoyer @mtweet12345

I endorse Jeremy Kauffman for LP chair. May he put an end to these shenanigans forever!

— El Mustachio Elegante @EleganteStache

It's really the only way, libertarians aren't serious people

— Dr. FartWhistle @DrFartWhistle

I quit the party because of this. Felt like they just wanted their Complainer Club and not change

— Ryan Ravenson @Ryan_Ravenson

Absolutely! Stopped being libertarian over the purism.

— Wallachian Dragon ☦️🩸🍷 @DidYouSayPlague

Navel-gazing libertarianism did for libertarianism what Bill Nye did for science: popularize it among kids. The theology has not done a Science Guy for liberty, however. Talk is cheap. Jeremy has helped to lead one place toward liberty with remarkable, measurable results. That place is New Hampshire, where we enjoy: -Lowest poverty rate -Lowest crime rate -Lowest homicide rate -100% 2A score -#1 friendliest state to gun owners -Highest # registered automatic weapons per capita -2nd highest gun ownership per capita -Only state to allow teachers to carry -#1 healthiest state -2nd best air quality -Highest literacy rate -Highest or 2nd highest average IQ, we go back and forth with MA -"Best state to raise a family" -"Best state to retire in" -Least expensive health insurance as a % of income -2nd highest GDP growth in New England -Lowest or 2nd lowest (varies by publication) overall tax burden of 50 states -Best taxpayer ROI -#1 economic freedom of 50 states -#1 freest place in North America 24 years in a row -2nd highest forest coverage -Most Christmas spirit of 50 states -Countless top ten rankings like 8th highest % adults with a college degree; 5th best schools

— Shelley Murphy 🇺🇸 @shemurph

I was an LP supporter for a long time then I realized it's completely backwards to have a party before a movement big enough to compete with other parties. All the money people give them ultimately goes to the state via lawsuits etc.

— BryceOST @BryceEickholt

Please put the Libertarian Party out of its misery

— Okra @MeLikeOkra

The principles of libertarians prevent them from taking action and ever winning an election. Thus their existence is useless.

— BngHotCoffee @BngHotCoffee

The national LP is more like a club for the socially awkward than an effective political party. That said, you’d lose the ability to get politicians to speak at events like RFK and Trump did.

— GW @Scotts_Irish1

the LP has been an ego driven party for many years. Nothing was stopping them from doing what MAGA did and just using an existing party as a step stool. MAGA isn't GOP but to claim wins they had to take the branding anyways. Lolberts would never

— Walker @WalPerMott

Sounds great

— Ajax Mccusker @JohnMcc53631834

I agree.

— dick whitman @skidrivebike

rothbard explained why the LP sucked in his right wing populism essay and everythings gotten worse since then

— PureBurning @VelesHammer

The LP is itself a two party system where in one year you can nominate Gary Johnson (R) and another year Chase Oliver (D). There is no unity, no direction, no serious candidates. There is no path to victory anywhere. Waste of time and money.

— Tim @timmmbabwe

Got my vote!

— Ray @wildoliveaz

Libertarian party is a terrible thing to even have, everyone knows it’s a wasted vote and everyone knows if you picked the least poisonous party, it would be the Republicans, so long story short you vote libertarian you’re basically voting democrat

This is the most libertarian idea ever, and it's pretty funny

— Will Brewer @CandideOptimum

The funniest part? By simply announcing that you are going to Do Something with no follow through, you are already on equal terms with the Libertarian party in efficacy. Here's to hoping you surpass them.

— Ignacio "Iggy" Scaldros (vtuber) @ThePyromancer

If it's not from the Libertarian region of France it is just sparkling limited government.

— Scott Zilla @TheScottzilla

I’m a lifetime LP member since McArdle’s election to chair. I hope you succeed in this mission.

— Oilfield Rocket Scientist @Voodoo_Rufus

Another plank for your platform: the Libertarian Party to be renamed the Dewclaw Party

— "I'm a Free Born Man of the USA" @crabgrassfarmer

The libertarian party has been a hindrance to libertarianism. End the party, elect Jeremy Kauffman to chair and dismantle it.

— Anti-Communist Voivod @The_Voivode

yes. dissolve it and build something that actually tracks demand instead of just complaining

— The Tres Chic @thetreschic

Libertarian Party delenda est.

— Just a filthy Mick @MBtheMick

It's true that the peak was when HRP and Ron Paul ran and it's been downhill since... At this point in history usually the party either evolves or dies

— Bruce Wolfe @theF1Tifoso

Right because the democraps and republican'ts don't waste our time, money, and energy. We are so lucky to have just those two and no other parties to choose from.

— LibertyUnleashed @bsiemon77

> how many elections has it won against a Democrat and Republican in a statewide race Shouldn't the Free State movement be changing that?

— Tom Aiello @SnakeRiverBASE

Let the new Hampshire libertarian party live, they are actually good at what they do...

— Matthew Rawlings @MRawlings66629

Yes, it’s time to reclaim the republican party

— Anpumesses @anpumesses

Yes, but if they joined with another party, they would have to work with others to accomplish something rather than just being virtue signaling twats on social media. That’s not very fun.

— Rusty Schackleford @Tony_hileman

The Libertarian Party has done for libertarians what Kathleen Kennedy did for Star Wars.

— DarrellPF @DarrellPf58922

Since they have accomplished exactly nothing... yeah, you got my support.

— Ligma Johnson 🇺🇸 @MrJohnson041786

I would consider registering as a Libertarian again just so that I could watch Jeremy burn it down from the inside. The Libertarian Party doesn't care about winning elections. It is a sinkhole where dreams go to die.

— Mitigated Disaster @mitigatedisastr

What is the most successful third party? That would be the Democrat Socialists of America. They haven’t produced a single candidate under their own banner. They have enjoyed success in a number of cities and are seeing a surge of candidates in other elections. The LP should learn a lesson from them.

— PompetusofLove @friendofdrbob1

Better you than a globalist RINO LARPer. Libertarians are not possible with foreign lobbyers and stock portfolios.

— AyeAye 📝 🐒 @AyeAyeAsk

Hell yeah!!! I’m a lifetime member of my state. I don’t pay dues to National.

— Grumpy Dad Advice @grumpydadadvice

On principle, this mindset cannot be a “party.” Call it a coalition and do other things. If you happen to support a candidate, great.

Aubrey Dunn was the only person in the LP to win statewide election. He was originally a republican but switched prior to reelection. Democrat has held the seat since. “So much winning”

— Bullfrog2651 @bullfrog2651

I would love to see the end of the LP. Thing's been a joke from the beginning.

— Mark the Red @MarktheRed21

Excellent

— rebecca @rrcjaf

This is great. Dissolve it and make the Von Mises party. Need to get rid of the whacko hyper lefties.

— Kris Fleet @RealKrisFleet

Libertarians hold the correct position on 90% of issues. That’s why the LP must die. The LP has no interest in winning national elections. They cling to a few fringe policies and nominate complete jokes, leaving the Republican Party to be run by socialist-lites. END THE LP.

— Convenient Truth, Inc. @inc_convenient

Here, here!

— I am Kenpachi @DoJesus

To be honest the movement would likely benefit from this. Energy and resources can be focused on specific Libertarian PACs that can actually have an impact on politics and culture rather than wasting human life on pointless meetings.

— Tyler Braaten @TylerKBraaten

Jeremy is the good retard type.

— Dylan McKay @LGDylanMcKay

I support jeremy Kaufman for lp chair because I want to stop seeing fascist fucks try to co-opt the liberty movement.

— heffalumps & woozles 🏴🍄🏴🍄 @GonzoRevolution

The LP exists to extract money from naïve people so it can pay people like @scotthortonshow and @ComicDaveSmith to travel around the country and “speak” for a living. People should focus more on primaries if they want to move the parties in one way or another.

— Jeremiah @Jeremia44029012

This is the correct position. It's sad that the party is overrun with losers that don't actually care about advancing liberty and instead want a weirdo social club that actually does nothing.

— Clayton Pajunas @ClaytonPajunas

You're too much of a political amateur to have this discussion with. Once you grow up, you should vote for Jeremy.

— Joe Ho @JoeHo585871

Only the GOP has fertile soil.

— So To Speak Caucus 🕶🚁🪦⚒️ @SoToSpeakCaucus

But do not - ever - mistake the US Libertarian Party for libertarians. They are simply NORML in suits.

— bobby-b @bobbyb58758961

How can I help?

— Torch🔥Fire @Fire_of_Liberty

I fully support Jeremy in his candidacy! The LP has become an autistic ivory tower incestuous orgy for people who are more concerned with stroking their own egos than actually maximizing liberty. Kill it with fire.

— Kutark Validus @KutarkV

This man is my favorite Jew on Xitter. Honorary.

— DoubleEdge @ATLSharp

"No one here has ever been invited a party anyways. This shouldn't be any different."

— joe @joe899686952482

Lets start a campaign to get Republicans to join the LP with the expressed intent to get you elected to dissolve the party. It would be pure poetry to see the open boarders lolbert's club be dismantled by... open borders.

— Seth Shore @sethshore

You have my vote & supports 👍👍

I hope I’m not speaking out of turn here but there are many efforts by paleo libertarians to execute this exact strategy. It’s been working in NH.

— Santiago Raúl de Jameson, or James @wstxag08

I’ve been saying this since 2016. I joined TXLP in 2013. I saw how much of the party was focused on identity politics and single issue politics, completely ignoring the principles that the party was suppose to be promoting. Didn’t take long for them to start calling me the typical names because I questioned who defines ‘racism’ as the party vowed to get rid of racists from the party.

— Zachary Clarke @ztclarke

Democracy is gay and retarded. I say the man is anointed and the current leader and sole voice of both the Libertarian Party and Free State Project.

— Jim Norman from Cleburne Texas @JimFromCleburne

After the groomer that the LP national put up for president last time, it is time that they get shredded.

— Huge Jack Man @JackMansonDude

I wish that there was a real Libertarian party, but all recent evidence shows that they are nothing more than secret lefty's. I used to be a Libertarian officially. Not anymore.

— Sto El Nid @Odin4Lyfe

In case you don't know the occult history of the party, Ed Butler actually made a "Libertarian Party" in California as a prank in 1970 (a year before Nolan did it for real) to symbolize anti-voting, anti-political ethos (with SEK3, Hess, Rothbard, etc.) It's always been a joke

— Mattheus @mvongutt

The GOP has wasted orders of magnitude more of Americans' time, money, and energy than the LP. Are you going to abolish that?

— Dagoth Chud @dagothchud

Damn, the ultimate Libertarian move. Hating the party so much we move to dissolve it entirely.

— Cryostat2.0 @cryostat2_0

How can I vote for you?

I was an avid party member around 2010. It had promise then but you are correct. Libertarians can compete in the Repub party. It’s time to end the LP

— TheWhiteTie77 @thewhitetie77

Having principles only matters if you win and keep winning. The Libertarian Party keeps losing, however. Their "principles" are partially to blame for how aggressively the Democrats are seeking to dismantle every institution. Vote for Jeremy Kauffman. End the Libertarian party.

— Dingo Love Simulator @dingoman5001

I don't use the term libertarian to describe myself largely because the LP has turned it into a joke in most people's minds.

— Holy Meekrob @HolyMeekrob

The Libertarian Party of the USA is corrupted beyond recovery, they completely distorted the meaning of libertarianism.

— Grifter @HiPlanesGrifter

Im not sure it needs to end, but it does need to lay out some concrete principles to abide by. If that means ending it to begin it anew, so be it.

— Liam Andrews @OrionQuiescent

This. There can be a "Libertarian Caucus", but libertarians are not numerous enough to be an effective party. As a caucus though, primarying and supporting political candidates within the party to advance causes is the most viable option.

— Economic Analyst @TheEconAnalyst

So, to clarify: The system based on the individual cannot form a group that pulls in any purposeful direction? I had hope for the party back in '70(?) - I was a really weird kid. Rockwell gave me hope (paleo-lib) that maybe I had a place in politics. But, nope.

— ThirdEyeSty @ThirdEyeSty

— Jeffrey Laird @Cardshark0311

Is this legit? Are you actually going to run for chair? If so, I’ll book my tickets to National right now

— Lady Liberty @Lesbotarian

It's quite appropriate. Libertarians fantasize about seizing power just to dissolve government entirely. Seizing power over the party to dissolve them entirely is poetic.

— Richard Nguyen @RichardThNguyen

I’ll vote for this. Libertarians are a bunch of stupid pussies .

— Moon Shine 🟦⬜️🟩 @11MoonShine09

I voted LP from 1980 to 2004 when I stopped voting & I was an LP activist. I agree the LP is a failure as a political party for reasons, external & internal. I think it should be reorganized as a lobbying group using activists as lobbyists to advance libertarian causes.

— T. Draper Blanton @BlantonDra69914

Interesting. As someone who voted libertarian for president since 1988, I have been amused and horrified by what the party has become. It's focus has been to just hate on whoever is president and focus arguing over social issues. That ship has sailed. Focus on fundamentals of personal thoughts of security: unfettered access to food, housing and water. Only then proceed down the clown path of raging about the extremes of society.

— E D @ED6725780787784

You know what, fuck it. For too long we've tried fighting these purist gate keepers, end their fake and gay model UN club already. I'm nobody important but I endorse Jeremy Kauffman.

— ANarchoDREW 🟧 @h3r34DaM3M35

The LP is only there to take away votes from conservatives (mostly)

Dissolve the LP! Jeremy Kauffman for LP Chair!

I’ve always wondered why libertarians have failed to see the truth - that their success hinges almost entirely on the degree to which they are able to influence the Republican Party.

— Rai @RaiGuy_

Makes sense. I want libertarians to actually win elections and enact policy. It doesn't seem that can happen through the Libertarian Party. Commandeer Republican primaries and actually win.

The party attracts a lot of antisocial people. Many spiritual left wingers and commies too.

— Megeddie Zabeddie @MegeddieZ11321

What do you think the answer is? How can we solve the uni-party issue? Running a third party has enormous obstacles, but taking over a party seems to be just as difficult.

— LibertyQuill @QuillofLiberty

Libertarianism is not, and has never been a political party. It's a political ideology fundamentally incompatible with democracy, law worship, and imprudent tolerance.

— undyingclutchcornbread @undyingclutchc1

If libertarians want to do something useful, primary especially terrible Republicans.

— lhtness @lhtness66060

What will happen to marginally employed theater kids with oppositional defiant disorder and an inability to understand game theory?

— Gregory @gregoryjsloan

You have my vote.

— Ashlynd @Ashlynd8

Literally the best plan for the LP. Never forget.

— Liberty @msk800808

Libertarianism can never succeed because it has no mechanism through which to take power and impose itself.

— Lonely Patriot @LonelyPartriot

— Selenion34 @selenion34

Liberty Advances Party sounds better 😉

— chase @BootySweat123

Bold, ambitious and revolutionary. This is the radicalism the country needs.

— Merovingian @MerovingiaGroyp

The Libertarian party has always been for Liberal leaning Phucktards.

— Condensed Matter @IhaveUneed

The libertarian party will always be gay. We must reform the republican party from the inside! I endorse Jeremy.

— anarchobtbam @humanishell67

I prefer not to vote at all rather than legitimize a rigged system.

— Independent Stinker @IndpndntStnkr

I always said there’s no fucking way I’m wasting time and money to go to national to argue about bullshit that doesn’t matter and vote for people that won’t do anything. By god, this matters and I’m fucking tempted

— COlosopher @COlosopher

I, the president of Zoomer Island endorse Jeremy Kauffman ending the Libertarian Party. It is much more effective and way less gay when Libertarians run as Republicans.

— Zoomer Island @ZoomerIsland

keep us posted. I'll renew my membership and help make this happen

— Thomas @ValorDomination

Only chair you should get

— Cpawnnews @Cpawnnews2

The Libertarian Party needs to be put out of its misery, anyone who pulls the plug has my support!

— Fabrico @FabricoMachina

rofl it's not a cherry pick to choose the one measure that really counts for a party at a given level in our political system.

— Ben Roth @BennRoth

Ill vote for you

— lostwonderer @lostwanderer320

Finally, someone who has the best interests of the Libertarian Party in mind.

— TofuNinjaPants @tofuninjapants

Everyone should vote for Kauffman. He is absolutely right to dissolve the LP. It has been nothing but a complete and utter waste of time and resources. Want to see a free America? Vote for Kauffman.

— Ouroboros @Ouroboros88_

Can @TFL1728 run for vice chair?

— Klemens @realKlemens

The smart ones do

— Jweks🇺🇸🇮🇱 @JonathanWe13018

— APsTOUPEE @APsTOUPEE

I knew this org was toast when the most prominent Libertarian party guy in my state became a mask and vaccine Karen

— KYte @kytho8

Liberty+ wholeheartedly endorses both Jeremy Kauffman's candidacy for Libertarian Party chair and his platform of permanently dissolving the party. The Libertarian Party is anti-liberty. Simple as.

— Liberty+ @LibertyPlusOrg

libertarians would vote for a guy that wants to destroy their party

— NIHILCREDE @antisthenic

Caught your interview on that guy w/bad toupee's show. Keep the LP, just back off any nat'l candidates till they're not clowns anymore. You can rehab the LP. Abolish the annual "Liberty Tax" they charge, too
